Job Requirements

Must have prior bartending experience
Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License at the Non-Gaming level with employer assistance
Must be able to stand for prolonged periods and work on the casino floor
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
Must be willing to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
Must possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must adhere to safety standards and reporting procedures

Job Qualifications

Prior bartending experience is mandatory with a strong understanding of related procedures
Display excellent interpersonal communication skills treating all guests with respect and professionalism
Exhibit the ability to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure and efficiency
Demonstrate a cooperative helpful and friendly nature ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Familiarity with the Cut-Off Procedure and adherence to related documentation protocols
Effective communication skills with team members and guests
Willingness to work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends
Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing for the role

Job Duties

Prepare drinks for guests and cocktail servers maintaining a clean work area and upholding the highest standards of customer service
Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention promptly reporting any incidents to the supervisor
Provide timely service to gaming guests ensuring a memorable experience
Stay updated on drink recipes and garnishes delivering top-quality beverages
Process transactions and payments in an efficient manner
Utilize knowledge of garnishes glassware and ingredients for drinks
Foster effective communication between shifts for smooth operations
Perform bar back duties with diligence and attention to detail
Other duties as assigned
