Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Ability to run cash register
- Excellent hand-to-eye coordination
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to move quickly and handle physical demands of the job
- Must be able to comply with all company and legal regulations related to alcohol service
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed

- Easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for guests

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a friendly and cheerful manner while taking their drink order
- Prepare drinks using proper recipe and glassware
- Serve drinks in a fast, friendly and efficient manner
- Keep the bar clean and organized
- Direct beverage attendants
- Correctly ring up drinks on the register and return correct change
- Answer guest questions about the property and events
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption levels and intoxication level
- Ensure responsible serving only to guests 21 and older (carding, don’t over-serve)

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
