The bartender is responsible for ensuring the bar is adequately stocked daily, including requisitioning and replenishing beer, wine, spirits, paper products, and other essentials. This role involves carefully managing fresh produce, such as cutting and storing fruit and vegetable garnishes, and maintaining the quality of juices and other perishables. Besides setup and maintenance, the bartender secures the bar area by locking up all beverage and food equipment and handling cash deposits responsibly.\n\nAt the Waterfront Beach Resort, bartending transcends simple drink-making; it is about crafting memorable experiences for each guest through exceptional service and attention to detail. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience required
  • Experience in guest service
  • Ability to handle cash securely
  • Knowledge of beverage service and bar operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar on a daily basis including requisitioning and stocking all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily functions projections
  • Maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • Lock up and store all beverage, food and other equipment items
  • Deposit cash drops and secure bank
  • Provide exceptional bartending and guest service
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience
