Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years bartending experience in busy bar or restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails
- Knowledge of various drink building techniques and styles
- Flexible evening availability
- Able to stand 8-10 hours
- Able to take direction and follow-through on requests from managers
- Able to maintain professional work relationships

Job Duties
- Prep setup and prepare the bar for daily service
- Prioritize guest orders and strive to deliver drinks promptly and efficiently
- Take and return a variety of payment types with accuracy
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing as necessary
- Keep work relationships professional and courteous
- Demonstrate attention to detail
