The Bartender role at Boston Hub Food Hall is a pivotal position within the Patina Group's team, designed to enhance guest experiences by responsibly serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Whether working full-time or part-time, the Bartender will engage directly with guests to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction. This role requires working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment that values excellent customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Bartenders will utilize their skills in mixing drinks accurately using company-standardized recipes, managing sales transactions accurately, and maintaining bar stock through efficient ordering and inventory management. The position also emphasizes responsible alcohol service, requiring vigilance in verifying guest IDs and adhering to all relevant policies. The job offers an hourly wage starting at $10.00, with additional tipping potential that can substantially increase total earnings. The flexible scheduling offered includes day, evening, and weekend shifts, accommodating varying availability.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant
- Experience in cash handling and credit card processing
- Previous experience using a computerized point of sale system
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age

- No high school diploma or GED required
Job Duties
- Fulfill drink orders from guests and servers, collect payment, and make correct change
- Mix drinks following recipes and using company-standardized proportions
- Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to all alcohol service policies and procedures
- Complete sales and inventory reports accurately
- Maintain bar stock by ordering liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies
