Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Accurate, efficient mixing of beverages
- cashier duties as required
- controlling an accurate bank and issuing proper change to guests
- maintenance of customer satisfaction
- maintenance of the entire bar station including sanitation and cleanliness
- taking inventory of beer, wine, and liquors
- receiving and checking daily requisition from storeroom
- preparing juices and garnish items as needed
- mixing beverages using beverage control systems and proper recipes
- maintaining proper service standards and rapport with guests
- completing required paperwork at end of shift
- leaving work area clean and organized
- inventorying beer, bottled mineral water, and wine at end of shift and recording on proper sheets
- securing all liquor and bar supplies at closing
- making storeroom requisition to replenish stocked items
- multitasking skillfully while maintaining excellent guest service
- maintaining consistently high-quality beverages
- providing constant communication between management and bar team
- following through on all requests
- informing guests about online reviews and encouraging positive mentions
- providing excellent customer service by greeting guests by name, smiling, and ensuring they feel welcome
- using downtime wisely
