Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- One year of bartending experience and/or training preferred
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be able to work varied shift hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Depending on location, must complete Alcohol Awareness Training within designated time frame
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances
- Must adhere to state alcohol laws and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree preferred
- One year of bartending experience and/or training preferred
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Interact with customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Set up and maintain a clean and sanitized serving area
- Stock bar supplies and monitor inventory
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register
- Follow state alcohol laws and Sanford Health standard operating procedures
