The role of Beverage Server/Bartender at Dimension Hospitality involves a dynamic and crucial position within the hotel’s food and beverage operations. Shift availability for this role spans from 10:00 am to 1:00 am, reflecting the hotel’s business demands. Flexibility to work any days of the week, including weekends and holidays, is essential. In this role, you support the bar and restaurant team by delivering attentive and efficient beverage service while upholding the highest standards of sanitation and responsible alcohol service. Effective communication with bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff is critical to ensuring smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.

You will be engaged in various duties such as greeting guests warmly, taking and accurately entering orders into the POS system, serving beverages with proper presentation, and monitoring guests’ needs to provide timely refills and additional service. Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the workspace is a priority, including tables, bar tops, and service stations. You will also assist with resetting tables, stocking supplies, and performing side work and preparation tasks.
