Job Requirements
- Must have TIPs certification or equivalent
- City of Beloit Bartender's License
- Live within or near Beloit, WI
- 2+ years bartending experience
- Ability to lift approximately 40 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Must follow company uniform guidelines
- Ability to work flexible hours around event schedules
- Strong customer service orientation

- Knowledge of upscale VIP service styles

Job Duties
- Responsible for both pre and post bar set-up and break down responsibilities
- Sets bar up in a timely manner
- Communicate well with bar back during event to assist with replenishment
- Greet all guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Attentive to guests' needs throughout the entire event
- Clean bar after closing and discard excess ice
- Responsible for placing all items back in bar box as originally received
- Perform other related duties as required
