Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year of experience in catering, banquet, bar operations, or foodservice related positions
  • self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • basic understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and other beverage products
  • knowledge of standard bar equipment
  • ability to work effectively under pressure
  • adherence to all safety, health, and liquor laws
  • effective conflict resolution skills
  • adaptable to change

Job Qualifications

  • one year of experience in catering and banquet, bar operations, or foodservice related positions
  • self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • adaptable to change and able to solve problems through an open-minded and inclusive approach
  • basic understanding of spirits, wine, beer, and other products offered
  • knowledge of standard bar equipment including dishwasher, slicers, coolers, ice machine
  • comfortable working in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
  • effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • creating custom member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality
  • maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other assigned workstations
  • complying with all safety and health department procedures, company and/or departmental policies/procedures, and all state and federal liquor laws
  • maintaining company safety and sanitation standards
  • supporting inventory control and cost-effectiveness for all food and beverage menu items served throughout the club
  • assisting bartenders and beverage staff in replenishing supplies and maintaining bar equipment
  • participating in team efforts to ensure smooth operation of the club's food and beverage services
