Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions, assigned tasks, and meet deadlines
- Provide friendly service with a smile to guests at all times
- Flexible availability including days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Must arrive and clock in on time for every shift and clock out at shift ending time unless directed otherwise
- Must clock in/out for breaks at scheduled times
- Provide sufficient notice when calling out for a scheduled shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk as needed during shifts
- Capable of performing repetitive motions with wrists, hands, and fingers
- Ability to lift and carry certain supplies such as laundry and linens
- Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of drink preparation preferred
- Previous bartender experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Friendly service orientation
- Flexible schedule including availability for day, night, holiday, and weekend shifts
- Punctuality and adherence to clock-in/out procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Greet guests happily upon arrival and throughout their stay with a smile
- Use guests' names whenever possible to ensure a welcoming experience
- Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to great guest satisfaction scores
- Handle challenging guest situations with hospitality and a sense of urgency
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel features and amenities
- Support all groups and events occurring at the hotel
- Demonstrate understanding and effective use of relevant role technology
- Answer all incoming calls with friendly service using approved greetings
- Keep all workspaces clean, organized, and safe
- Participate in cleaning guest rooms and public spaces as needed
- Greet guests while cleaning to maintain hospitality
- Accurately complete operational checklists on every shift
- Submit accurate and timely handover reports for shift communication
- Wear clean, approved uniform with proper grooming and nametag
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willingness to exceed traditional role duties
- Collaborate effectively to maintain a welcoming environment and positive workplace
- Greet guests warmly and describe food and beverage options clearly
- Maintain proper and adequate bar setup and stock levels
- Stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments, and fresh produce
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes while controlling portions
- Attend monthly departmental meetings
- Input orders into POS system and secure accurate payments
- Manage cash handling including receiving, verifying, and recording charges
- Securely store beverages, food, and equipment and handle cash deposits
- Sanitize and clean the bar area thoroughly
- Complete daily inventory prep sheets and other side work following labor rules
- Maintain knowledge of current food and beverage menus and promote orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling procedures
- Support restaurant and surrounding area cleanliness
- Demonstrate comprehensive hotel knowledge including hours and amenities
- Work efficiently with service and kitchen teams as a team player
