The role being offered is that of a Bartender, a vital position within the high-paced bar outlets of the casino. The bartender is responsible for providing professional, friendly, and exceptional service to every guest, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable. This is a demanding role requiring the ability to multitask, maintain composure in a busy environment, and adhere to all regulatory guidelines regarding alcohol service. The bartender prepares drinks with accurate portions and ingredients, operates the cash register, handles transactions, monitors alcohol consumption for guest safety, and maintains a well-stocked bar.

Job Requirements
- Preference is given to qualified Santa Ana Tribal members
- High school diploma or GED
- Obtain a New Mexico liquor server’s license and a Food Handlers card within 90 days of hire
- Must be able to work any scheduled hours and shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
- Bi-lingual and multi-cultural experience preferred
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- A smartphone capable of running company applications and communication systems is required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Pueblo of Santa Ana Gaming and Regulatory Commission non-key license
