Job Requirements

Equivalent to a high school education
Experience as a bartender
Basset certification
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and written
Ability to maintain focus and complete tasks under pressure
Ability to interact courteously and professionally with guests and staff
Ability to multitask without loss of efficiency
Ability to stand and exert fast paced mobility for up to 4 hours
Ability to bend, kneel and balance
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Minimum age 21 years
Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Equivalent to a high school education
Experience and training as a bartender
Basset certification
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
Ability to maintain attention and complete tasks despite interruptions
Courteous and professional interaction with guests and staff
Ability to respond quickly to guest and staff requests
Ability to multitask efficiently
Ability to stand and move quickly for up to 4 hours
Good sense of balance and ability to bend and kneel
Ability to work independently and make decisions
Minimum age of 21 years
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepares and sets dining room and service areas according to BEO and department standards
Greets guests and answers questions regarding food items, beverages and service
Ensures all courses and beverages are served promptly, including plated, buffet style, or family style events
Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed according to standards
Presents, opens and pours wine as required
Assists with breakdown of salad dishes, glassware and linen
Follows all policy and procedures according to company and department
Maintains cleanliness and safety of work areas throughout shift
Performs closing duties according to department standards
Mixes and prepares drink orders according to company standards, garnishes properly
Operates cash register accurately by ringing in transactions, accepting payment, providing change
Requests stock and monitors bar stock levels
Maintains cleanliness of bar and station
Prepares bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties
