Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
1+ years of bartending experience preferred
legally eligible to serve alcohol in the state of Nebraska
excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
positive attitude and professional appearance at all times

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
greet guests with a friendly smile and serve up refreshing drinks to make every event unforgettable
keep the bar area sparkling clean and organized throughout the event
monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure a fun yet responsible experience
restock supplies and clean glassware and bar equipment during and after events
assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for each event
team up with event coordinators and servers to create seamless, exceptional service
follow health and safety regulations, including alcohol-serving laws
perform other duties as needed to support the success of every event
