The role of Bartender at Atomic Golf is central to the customer experience, offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and mixology to join a vibrant, high-energy team. As a Bartender, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with Atomic Golf’s recipes and standards, ensuring guests receive superior service. Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
Hold valid TAM and Health Cards
Previous bartending experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and mixology techniques
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Basic math and cash handling skills
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and state liquor laws
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and bend, stoop, and reach frequently
Comfortable working in an outdoor environment exposed to varying weather conditions
Must be 21 years of age or older and hold TAM and Health Cards

Job Duties

Preparing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and standards
Providing excellent guest service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and sharing extensive knowledge of the drink menu
Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware
Verifying guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Monitoring and managing guest alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service
Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborating with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service operations
Adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines including proper handling of glassware and chemicals
Assisting in maintaining inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance bartending skills
