Job Requirements

Minimum 1-2+ years bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of cocktail techniques, bar tools, and sanitation standards
evening and weekend availability
must be 21+ and licensed to serve alcohol in Indiana
ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and multitask with ease
calm under pressure, team-oriented, and quick to adapt
bonus points for coffee knowledge or barista experience

Job Duties

Mix, garnish, and serve creative and classic cocktails with flair
provide exceptional, efficient, and friendly service to guests
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times
prep and restock bar stations before and after shifts
uphold all Indiana liquor laws and ensure responsible service
collaborate with team members including baristas, servers, and support staff to deliver smooth service
ring in orders, process payments, and manage tabs accurately
assist with opening and closing duties including cleaning, trash, and restocking
