We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to creating a positive and lively environment for our patrons while maintaining the highest standards of service. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, punctual, and genuinely engaged in delivering outstanding customer experiences. As a bartender at EagleVille Taphouse, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interacting with customers, and ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied. This role requires excellent knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving, as well as the ability to maintain the bar's organization and cleanliness.
The bartender will also play a vital role in inventory management by restocking and replenishing supplies to ensure seamless service throughout the shift. - Knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
