Dharma Kava Lounge in Largo, FL is an alternative-to-alcohol bar offering unique teas, kava, coffee, and creating a safe, equitable space for all patrons. With 11 years of service and brewing experience, we pride ourselves on accountability, teamwork, and a positive social environment for both customers and staff.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum age of 21
- direct-service experience in bartending, serving, or similar roles preferred
- reliable transportation
- ability to safely lift a 5-gallon bucket filled with liquid
- upbeat and positive demeanor for busy social environments
- ability to work night shifts
- accountable, punctual, and able to thrive in a team environment.
