Job Requirements

Must be at least twenty-one years old
Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
Valid Food Handlers Certification
Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS - Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for prolonged periods
Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
Ability to lift at least 15 pounds

Job Qualifications

Must be at least twenty-one years old
Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
Must have valid Food Handlers Certification
Must have Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
Ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity

Job Duties

Craft and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and knowledgeably
Maintain thorough understanding of the beverage menu and stay updated on industry trends
Efficiently take and process drink orders using the POS system with attention to detail
Create visually appealing and well-balanced beverages with appropriate garnishes
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain organized cash drawer
Collaborate with team members including servers, kitchen staff, and managers for smooth service
Follow all safety, sanitation procedures, and liquor laws to ensure responsible service
Perform other related duties as assigned
