Job Requirements

  • Must be at least twenty-one years old
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
  • Valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
  • Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS - Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately
  • Ability to lift at least 15 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least twenty-one years old
  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
  • Extensive knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Must have valid Food Handlers Certification
  • Must have Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
  • Ability to learn cash register software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity

Job Duties

  • Craft and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and knowledgeably
  • Maintain thorough understanding of the beverage menu and stay updated on industry trends
  • Efficiently take and process drink orders using the POS system with attention to detail
  • Create visually appealing and well-balanced beverages with appropriate garnishes
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain organized cash drawer
  • Collaborate with team members including servers, kitchen staff, and managers for smooth service
  • Follow all safety, sanitation procedures, and liquor laws to ensure responsible service
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
