Job Requirements

Must be at least twenty-one years old
Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting
Valid Food Handlers Certification
Valid Alcohol Service Licensing or certification
Ability to learn cash register software used by bar or restaurant POS such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift at least 15 pounds

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, spirits, beers, and wines
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Meticulous attention to detail in drink preparation and presentation
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

Job Duties

Beverage preparation including cocktails, mixed drinks, beers, and wines
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction
Maintain thorough knowledge of the beverage menu and current industry trends
Take and process drink orders efficiently using the POS system
Create visually appealing drinks with appropriate garnishes and glassware
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and adhere to health and safety regulations
Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain an organized cash drawer
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and coordinated service
Follow all safety, sanitation procedures, and liquor laws
Perform other related duties as assigned
