We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable bartender to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys engaging with customers. As a bartender at Blu Rose Art Bistro, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' experience by preparing a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, taking orders, and interacting with patrons to ensure their satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include mixing cocktails, making recommendations based on customer preferences, restocking supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar.
The position demands a detail-oriented individual who is knowledgeable about drink preparation, garnishing, and presentation while also being considerate of legal regulations such as checking identification to confirm legal drinking age. Our ideal candidate should have previous bartending experience and possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Job Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus

- relevant training certificate
Job Duties
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- plan and present bar menu
- check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- comply with all food and beverage regulations
