Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related hospitality experience and/or training
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, financial reports and government regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Mathematical development sufficient to read and interpret financial information and prepare budgets
- Strong attention to detail
- Reasoning skills to identify problems and provide solutions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 100 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel and perform other physical tasks
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Recommendation to wear non-slip shoes
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to two years related hospitality experience and/or training
- Developed language skills to read, analyze and interpret business documents and government regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, customers and the general public
- Mathematical skills sufficient to read and interpret financial information and prepare budgets
- Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions
- Attention to detail and ability to quickly identify variances in standards
- Developed reasoning skills to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and provide viable solutions
- Ability to interpret and analyze instructions or policies in various formats
Job Duties
- Maintain standards of food, beverage and guest service quality
- Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
- Serve drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor guests' needs, including refilling drinks and checking in with guest
- Clear bar between courses and after guests depart
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Remain in compliance to all NH State Liquor Laws
- Communicate immediately to the manager of any kitchen delays or service issues
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
