Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to two years related hospitality experience and/or training
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, financial reports and government regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Mathematical development sufficient to read and interpret financial information and prepare budgets
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reasoning skills to identify problems and provide solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 100 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel and perform other physical tasks
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions both indoors and outdoors
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
  • Recommendation to wear non-slip shoes

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to two years related hospitality experience and/or training
  • Developed language skills to read, analyze and interpret business documents and government regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, customers and the general public
  • Mathematical skills sufficient to read and interpret financial information and prepare budgets
  • Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly identify variances in standards
  • Developed reasoning skills to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and provide viable solutions
  • Ability to interpret and analyze instructions or policies in various formats

Job Duties

  • Maintain standards of food, beverage and guest service quality
  • Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
  • Serve drinks in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor guests' needs, including refilling drinks and checking in with guest
  • Clear bar between courses and after guests depart
  • Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Remain in compliance to all NH State Liquor Laws
  • Communicate immediately to the manager of any kitchen delays or service issues
  • Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
