Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to two years related hospitality experience and/or training
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business documents, financial reports and government regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Mathematical development sufficient to read and interpret financial information and prepare budgets
Strong attention to detail
Reasoning skills to identify problems and provide solutions
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 100 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, kneel and perform other physical tasks
Ability to work in varying environmental conditions both indoors and outdoors
Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
Recommendation to wear non-slip shoes

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to two years related hospitality experience and/or training
Developed language skills to read, analyze and interpret business documents and government regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, customers and the general public
Mathematical skills sufficient to read and interpret financial information and prepare budgets
Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions
Attention to detail and ability to quickly identify variances in standards
Developed reasoning skills to identify problems, collect data, establish facts and provide viable solutions
Ability to interpret and analyze instructions or policies in various formats

Job Duties

Maintain standards of food, beverage and guest service quality
Provide professional and courteous guest service at all times
Serve drinks in a timely and professional manner
Monitor guests' needs, including refilling drinks and checking in with guest
Clear bar between courses and after guests depart
Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Remain in compliance to all NH State Liquor Laws
Communicate immediately to the manager of any kitchen delays or service issues
Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
