- Meets minimum age requirement of 18 for this position
- Able to reach and bend frequently and lift up to 30 pounds
- Availability for flexible part-time or full-time schedule
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a genuine desire to exceed guests' expectations
- Previous bartending experience is a plus
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverage service and responsible consumption practices
- Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide an enjoyable bar experience for every guest
- Remain visible behind the bar at all times to assist guests and team members
- Possess up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverages
- Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages
- Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean
- Demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
