Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Ability to perform all job functions including standing and walking for entire shift
- Maintain proper safety and sanitation standards
- Able to obtain and maintain any necessary licenses and work cards
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Tolerant to varying noise levels, temperatures, and lighting
- Ability to lift and transport up to 100 lbs.
- Compliance with Spiegelworld policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in beverage service preferably in high-volume venues
- Basic knowledge of beverages and cocktails
- Awareness of state laws regarding alcohol sales and service
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in loud, nightlife environments
- Self-motivated and teamwork oriented
- Valid work authorization for the US
- Successful background check and drug test
- Must be at least 21 years old
Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by receiving and stocking inventory
- Stock the bar and maintain bar areas according to health requirements
- Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service
- Complete daily setup and breakdown procedures
- Maintain awareness of state alcohol laws
- Ensure neatness and cleanliness of well stations, back bar and bar top
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Adhere to staff privileges, responsibilities, and appearance standards
- Participate in special events, social media marketing, and modeling tasks
- Engage in workplace equity and inclusion initiatives
