Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED or equivalent
1 plus years of prior relevant experience as an apprentice bartender working in a similar resort setting
Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
Physically able to perform duties associated with bartending
Must follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Customer service oriented
Ability to work in a team environment

Job Qualifications

1 plus years of prior relevant experience as an apprentice bartender working in a similar resort setting
Experience working in a similar resort setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations
Customer service oriented
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Assist the bartender with preparation of drinks, mixes and garnishes
Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area
Maintain sufficient stock of all items and products in designated work areas
Ensure proper set up, labeling, stocking and delivery of alcohol, non-alcoholic beverages, supplies, glasses, paper products, garnishes, and ice
Clean equipment, tools, supplies, polish glassware and ensure equipment is in working order
Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment
Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, and respond effectively to guest inquiries
Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority
otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
