This position is a critical support role that assists bartenders and cocktail servers in delivering effective beverage service to guests. The responsibilities involve maintaining the bar’s operational readiness by ensuring an adequate supply of garnishes, glassware, ice, liquor, and other necessary items at the workstation. Employees in this role will be tasked with retrieving beverage orders from storerooms, verifying inventory accuracy, preparing garnishes and juice mixes, and maintaining sanitation and organization at the bar. This role demands attention to detail, the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Furthermore, this job requires the capability to handle physical tasks such as scooping ice, transporting heavy kegs, maintaining glassware, and performing routine maintenance tasks associated with bar equipment.
