Must be 21 or older for bartenders
Valid WA State Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain for servers
Prior hospitality experience preferred
Ability to stay composed in fast-paced environments
Professional presentation and punctuality
Ability to commute or relocate to Seattle, WA 98104
Valid MAST permit for bartenders or ability to obtain

Job Duties

Welcome and engage guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
Share menu knowledge and make thoughtful food and drink recommendations
Ensure prompt, accurate order-taking and seamless table service
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively
Maintain an immaculate dining environment
Craft and serve cocktails, wine, and specialty beverages with precision
Provide friendly, engaging service to bar guests and dining room patrons
Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized at all times
Adhere to responsible alcohol service standards
Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations
