Job Requirements

Minimum age 21 years for bartending and 19 years for serving as required by law
Valid liquor license where applicable
Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
Familiarity with POS systems
Strong understanding of food handling and safety regulations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Previous experience as a bartender or server in a restaurant or banquet setting preferred
Familiarity with POS systems and ability to handle cash accurately
Strong knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers and team members
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to up-sell menu items when appropriate
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 21 years of age or older to bartend, 19 years or older to serve, with a valid liquor license

Job Duties

Prepare and serve food and beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, pre-bussing tables and disposing of waste properly
Operate the Point of Sale system accurately to process orders and payments efficiently
Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and ensuring proper storage
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address guest concerns
Adhere to all health and safety regulations including food handling and responsible alcohol service
Participate in training sessions to enhance bartending and service skills
