Job Requirements
- readily available and approachable for all guests while extending professionalism
- knowledge of local health and safety codes and regulations applicable to the hotel
- ensure bar area is well-stocked
- receive and prepare beverage orders as needed
- clean and sanitize service areas after each shift
- collect payments and process transactions according to company policies
- prepare and serve drinks following company, local, and state guidelines
- validate IDs and monitor beverage consumption to address intoxication
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
