Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must have 2 years of craft cocktail experience
  • Must have 2 years of high-volume cocktail experience
  • Must have 2 years of batching and large format experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Food permit required
  • MAST required
  • Barsmarts certification preferred
  • Open PM availability
  • Minimum 3 shifts per week

Job Duties

  • Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing "Can Do" attitude and genuine hospitality
  • Gives personal attention and uses teamwork when providing guest service
  • Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds solutions and follows through when resolving guest problems
  • Assumes responsibility to notice and address guest dissatisfaction
  • Provides service by suggesting cocktails, wines or non-alcoholic beverages and upselling premium products
  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures
  • Maintains bar inventory and responds to customer questions
  • Prepares drinks according to orders
  • Stocks and orders supplies and glassware
  • Provides excellent customer service by recommending food and beverages
  • Demonstrates thorough menu knowledge
  • Takes guest orders and upsells as appropriate
  • Utilizes MICROS POS to enter food and beverage orders and process payments
  • Keeps bar and floor areas clean
  • Prepares bar garnishes and mixes/juices
  • Follows Department of liquor control laws
  • Handles cash, checks and credit cards according to policies
  • Performs duties as assigned by Manager
