Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law
- Able to speak, read, write and understand English
- Able to perform simple math calculations and handle money
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Able to stand or be stationary for long periods up to 10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

- Responsible for delivering quality guest experience

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
- Familiarity with standard drink recipes and mixology
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must be at least 18 years old or meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
- Basic proficiency in English
Job Duties
- Greet customers and learn about their preferences
- Answer questions and recommend menu items
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard drink recipes
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Manage bar inventory and assist with restocking
- Handle guest payments and process credit card charges
- Ensure compliance with company bar standards and local alcohol laws
- Complete assigned side work and closing duties
- Observe guest satisfaction and respond to additional requests
