Job Requirements

  • Be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state law

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
  • Familiarity with standard drink recipes and mixology
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old or meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol
  • Basic proficiency in English

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and learn about their preferences
  • Answer questions and recommend menu items
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard drink recipes
  • Communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Manage bar inventory and assist with restocking
  • Handle guest payments and process credit card charges
  • Ensure compliance with company bar standards and local alcohol laws
  • Complete assigned side work and closing duties
  • Observe guest satisfaction and respond to additional requests
