- Must be able to obtain Food Handler's Certificate or complete food handler's training
- able to walk or stand for prolonged periods
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 15 pounds
- able to push or pull objects weighing up to 20 pounds
- occasionally able to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds
