Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous bartending or relevant customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure guests are well taken care of, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety regulations
