Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or relevant customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Duties

Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and replenish limited drinks, mixers, and garnishes as needed
Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
Ensure guests are well taken care of, offer drink refills, and clear any unused items
Deliver and settle the bill in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
Follow all food safety regulations
