Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques
- Ability to create unique and innovative cocktails while maintaining consistency and quality
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and engaging personality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations related to the sale and service of alcohol

Job Duties
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails, including signature cocktails, with precision and flair
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized bar station, including stocking and replenishing bar supplies
- Prepare garnishes, fresh ingredients, and house-made syrups for cocktails
- Educate guests about our cocktails and provide information about our Tex-Mex cuisine
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol
