Job Requirements
- must be at least 21 years of age
- must be TIPS certified
- no formal education requirements
- ability to work AM and PM shifts
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Job Qualifications
- friendly and outgoing personality
- strong commitment to providing memorable guest experiences
- familiarity with cocktail ingredients and menu items
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of responsible alcohol service
- TIPS certification
Job Duties
- get to know guests and make personal connections with regulars
- anticipate guest needs and keep drinks filled
- serve tasty and perfectly mixed drinks from the menu and special requests
- capture and manage guest food and drink orders
- restock and support bar manager with inventory and stocking
- keep bar and lounge area clean
- adhere to food handling and security safety standards
