Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment
- Effective communication skills
- Team player attitude
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile upon being seated
- Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and replenish beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest the sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Prepare all drinks according to standards using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure that guests are well attended to, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank guests and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety regulations
