Job Requirements
- Ability to handcraft cocktails and beverages
- Great interpersonal skills and customer focus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Compliance with health and safety standards
- Prior bartending experience is a plus
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to memorize drink recipes and manage multiple orders
Job Duties
- Handcraft imaginative cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards
- Guide guests through menus and provide beverage and food recommendations
- Take accurate orders and serve guests with friendly and attentive service
- Maintain the bar's cleanliness and ensure it is properly stocked
- Deliver exceptional luxury dining experiences that build guest intent to return
- Follow all health and safety and sanitation protocols
- Serve guests responsibly and uphold high standards of hospitality
