Job Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
one year of bartending experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
must be at least 21 years of age or older
possession of Food Handlers Card
completion of Title 4 Alcohol Training

Job Duties

Stocks bar
mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
assists in cost control
manages inventory and maintains inventory records
maintains inventory control and communicates supplies needs to management
ensures compliance with state liquor laws and company procedures
communicates guest requests and concerns to management
performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
accountable for checks and cash transactions
uses Point of Sales system
reviews banquet schedule and calendar of events
serves catered parties from service or portable bars
occasionally serves meals to guests
incorporates safe work practices
performs other duties as required
