Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • one year of bartending experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • possession of Food Handlers Card
  • completion of Title 4 Alcohol Training

Job Duties

  • Stocks bar
  • mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
  • assists in cost control
  • manages inventory and maintains inventory records
  • maintains inventory control and communicates supplies needs to management
  • ensures compliance with state liquor laws and company procedures
  • communicates guest requests and concerns to management
  • performs opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
  • accountable for checks and cash transactions
  • uses Point of Sales system
  • reviews banquet schedule and calendar of events
  • serves catered parties from service or portable bars
  • occasionally serves meals to guests
  • incorporates safe work practices
  • performs other duties as required
