Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
Teamwork skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior bartending experience preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and multitasking skills
Knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment

Job Duties

Greet customers and welcome them with a smile when seated
Prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
Suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
Prepare all drinks according to standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS system
Ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and remove unused items
Deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers, and invite them to return
Follow all food safety rules
