Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred) to serve alcoholic beverages
- previous bartending or restaurant service experience preferred
- must have or be willing to obtain required alcohol service certification
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with standard recipes and regulations
- provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner
- maintain a clean and well-organized bar, ensuring all beverages and supplies are stocked
- follow all state and local alcohol service laws, including checking guest identification and practicing responsible service
- handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
- assist with special events, tournaments, and private parties as needed
- monitor customer behavior and manage alcohol consumption to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment
- work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service operations
- follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
