Job Requirements

Minimum three years of experience in full service restaurants and bars
Food handler certification required
ABC Responsible Beverage Server certification required
Open and flexible schedule availability
Confident knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, and food and wine knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a mature and dynamic personality

Serve beer and wine with knowledgeable recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests
Manage inventory and restock supplies
Handle cash and process payments
