Job Duties

Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes
Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles
Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar and tables
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks
Stock ice, glassware, and supplies
Wash soiled glassware and remove used wares
Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
Secure liquors and storage areas
Follow safety and security policies
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality standards
Perform physical duties as required
Complete closing duties as requested
