Job Requirements

Be at least the legal serving age in the jurisdiction of employment
Hold necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required by law
Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
Be comfortable standing and active on your feet for most of the shift
Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace

Job Qualifications

Previous experience behind the bar in a high-energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
Ability to thrive in a popular and fast-paced environment
Strong focus on player satisfaction and creating positive experiences
Positive attitude and one team mentality
Knowledge of responsible beverage service and local laws

Job Duties

Greet players with energy and personality by creating a welcoming bar experience
Connect with players and learn their preferences to recommend drinks they will love
Mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection
Keep the bar area neat, stocked, and clean throughout shifts
Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment
