Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask
willingness to adhere to food safety guidelines
physical capability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations as needed

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous bartending or related customer service experience preferred
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
basic math skills for handling transactions
knowledge of POS systems
familiarity with food safety standards

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile as they are seated
prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all beverages according to company standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing items no longer in use
deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
