Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitask
- willingness to adhere to food safety guidelines
- physical capability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending or related customer service experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- knowledge of POS systems
- familiarity with food safety standards
Job Duties
- Welcome customers and greet them with a smile as they are seated
- prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock limited beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- suggest sale of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- prepare all beverages according to company standard using the recipe, glassware, and garnish
- accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- ensure customers are well attended by offering drink refills and clearing items no longer in use
- deliver and settle the check in a timely manner, thank customers and invite them to return
- follow all food safety regulations
