Job Requirements

Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience as a bartender or in customer service preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail
friendly and approachable demeanor
basic knowledge of drink recipes and bar equipment

Job Duties

Welcome customers and greet them with a smile when seated
prepare the bar including pouring stations and glassware before opening and restock beverages, mixes, and garnishes as needed
suggest sales of drinks, appetizers, and desserts
prepare all drinks according to standards using recipes, glassware, and garnishes
accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
ensure customers are well attended, offer drink refills, and promptly clear unused items
deliver and settle bills timely, thank customers, and invite them to return
follow all food safety regulations
