Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age to apply
Ability to meet state and local alcohol service regulations
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation to work
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of beverage mixing techniques and drink recipes
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Provide friendly and attentive service to guests
Mix and serve beverages according to company recipes and standards
Make menu and beverage recommendations
Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Comply with health and safety regulations
