Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be 21 years or older
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass drug testing and background checks
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
Capability for repetitive hand use involving grasping, pushing, pulling, and reaching
Tolerance for exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, temperature fluctuations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 21 years old
Evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
Ability to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties

Be fully knowledgeable of the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered
Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking
Provide outstanding guest service and contribute to daily customer satisfaction
Create drink recipes, stock the bar, and maintain a clean work station
Build a positive rapport with guests
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality
Monitor and manage bar operations to ensure compliance with regulations
