Job Requirements

- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity
- Previous bartending or food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- Evening and weekend availability

- Sufficient manual dexterity to use knife for garnishes and handle glassware

Job Duties
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar area
- Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Promotes and documents orders for food and drinks
- Mixes, garnishes, and presents drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
- Maintains cleanliness of bar and guest areas throughout shift
- Locks up and stores all beverages, food, and other equipment items

- Performs general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standards
