Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous bartending or serving experience
Ability to stand for long periods
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Deliver exceptional beverages in an energetic atmosphere to guests
Provide full menu service while maintaining clean surroundings
Lead the team in upholding responsible alcohol service standards
Support with executing to-go experiences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
Build authentic connections with guests and team members
Assist in inventory management and replenishment
