Job Duties
- Maintain the security of all money and liquor behind the bar
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and orderly from guest's perspective
- Monitor cocktail service to ensure guests receive necessary attention and service
- Greet guests immediately with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
- Take orders and serve beverages promptly using suggestive selling techniques
- Use thorough product knowledge to promote drinks
- Uphold a positive and hospitable impression of the bar and restaurant
